Since 1998 our facility has provided sand castings, iron castings, & aluminum castings into the millions per year to meet your needs. We can also supply grey castings and ductile castings ranging from ½ lb to 40 lbs. in low, medium & high volumes.

We are a Tier 1 supplier for Ford, GM, & Honda.
Our casting partner is certified to QS-9000 & ISO-9002 standards.

Aluminium disamatic castings green sand advantages:

  • Precise setting of heavy and complex cores
  • Accurate core setting ensures that thin wall thickness can be produced
  • Introduction of aluminum at bottom of mold assures a quiescent mold fill resulting in fewer casting defects
