Latva Machine announces the addition of two new pieces of CNC equipment. The first is a Matsuura H.Plus-300 Horizontal Machining Center. This piece of equipment has a 15,000 rpm spindle, 60 tool carousel, full 4th axis and is capable holding tolerances to +-.0001. The addition of this machine brings our fleet of horizontal machining centers to a total of twenty (20).

The second is a Nakamura-Tome WT-300MMY CNC Turning Center. This machine is a twin spindle, twin turret lathe with milling capabilities and is also equipped with a full C and a Y axis. This machine is capable of turning up to a 4" diameter bar with its 20HP main spindle. This machine brings our fleet of CNC Lathes to a total of sixteen (16).

Latva Machine is a New England Based 38,000 sq/ft CNC Precision Machining Facility with assembly and inspection capabilities specializing in aerospace, medical and military components. We work with specialty metals including Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel and Titanium as well as Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Latva Machine is AS 9100C and ISO 9001:2008 certified to ensure the most stringent of quality requirements are met.

Partnering with investment and sand casting, forging and stamping suppliers, combined with our extensive list of NADCAP special process suppliers for heat treat, plating, painting and NDT allows us to take on the more complex jobs others shy away from - we'll do all the legwork for you.
