CNC Operators
Summary:
- Job Type: Full-time, 2nd Shift
- Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Ability to demonstrate strong math and analytical capabilities
- Operate a multitude of different machines & interfaces
- Maximize feeds and speeds on each job they encounter
- Meet pre-determined set-up & production times
- Make program modifications on the fly
- Provide tooling recommendations based on their experience & knowledge
- Additional duties as assigned including but not limited to special assignments to meet customer demand
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- GD&T knowledge with ability to use various inspection equipment
- Ability to complete unique tasks quickly
- Ability to be an active member with a process improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship a plus
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
- Additional duties as assigned including but not limited to special assignments to meet customer demand.
Experience Level

Class A Machinist
Summary:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Up to $34/hr
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate to exacting tolerances, milling machines, vertical boring mills, and radial drills from prints, sketches and/or verbal instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and promote a team environment
- Ability to write CNC Programs
- Continuously researching and improving new tooling, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to design fixtures and quality plans
- Provide cross training to team
Qualifications:
- Mastery Machinist Class A capabilities
- Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders etc.)
- Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
- Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Strong math and analytical capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship a plus
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
- Additional duties as assigned including but not limited to special assignments to meet customer demand
